All payments on RentzAuto are processed in USD by National Bank of St. Kitts & Nevis. Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms below and are returned to the original payment method.
1. Renter Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a booking, the following refund schedule applies:

| 48+ hours before pick-up | 100% — Full refund |
| 24–48 hours before pick-up | 50% — Partial refund |
| Less than 24 hours before pick-up | 0% — No refund |
| No-show | 0% — No refund |
Cancellations must be made through the RentzAuto app or by contacting support at support@rentzauto.net.
2. Owner Cancellation
If an owner cancels a confirmed booking:
- •The renter receives a 100% full refund
- •The owner may be subject to a cancellation fee
- •Repeated cancellations may result in suspension of the owner's account
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- •Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment card
- •Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- •Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
- •The service fee (6%) is non-refundable for partial cancellations
- •For full refunds (48+ hours), the service fee is also refunded
4. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been processed, contact us within 7 days of the booking date at support@rentzauto.net. We will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
RentzAuto reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Owner Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel your subscription:
- •Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- •No partial refunds are issued for unused days
- •The 30-day free trial is fully refundable if cancelled before the trial ends
